The ANGC provides a recreational facility for ESBA personnel, their dependants and the ex pat community in Eastern Cyprus.
Here at ANGC, we aim to provide a friendly welcome to everyone that sets foot in the grounds, experienced shooters or first timers alike.

Shooting:
ANGC is open for Club days on Saturday's all year round, normally meeting at 1230 hrs to set up the day's shoot. As a Club member you will be taught how to set up, run, and close down the various ranges. Most Club members hold active membership of the Clay Pigeon Shooting Association (CPSA) which provides them with the opportunity to undertake courses such as Coaching and Safety Officer, making them an integral part of the Club.
Every 4 weeks, ANGC members compete for a Monthly Medal. The Monthly Medal shoot is a different discipline each time and normally follows a Gross/Handicap format with trophies and medals for the top 3 shots in each category. The handicap system means that novice shooters can (and often do!) win medals against the more experienced members.
On joining the ANGC, you can enjoy Members rates for shoots which for a 50 bird shoot is 25E (Skeet 20E). This includes all of your clays, 75 cartridges and use of one of the Clubs own extensive collection of shotguns. Novice members can also attend training mornings before the main shoot on a Saturday where they can practice anything they want (subject to Safety Officer availibility).
The Club also enters a number of competitive shoots around Cyprus throughout the year. As a Club member, you could soon find yourself representing ANGC!

Social:
ANGC stands for more than just a couple of hours shooting each week. Club members can always be found together enjoying a drink and discussing anything from the day's performance on the range, sport, right up to Chinese business practices (true story!). Club members often meet up away from ANGC for various social occaisions, some of which even involve going shooting!
